Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team. In this role, you will provide individualized support to adults with disabilities while promoting independence, safety, and overall quality of life.
The ideal candidate is reliable, patient, and committed to providing respectful, person-centered care in both residential and community settings.

Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living as needed
- Provide support with personal care and hygiene
- Prepare meals and snacks
- Assist with light housekeeping
- Provide medication assistance/reminders as required
- Assist with errands, shopping, appointments, and community activities
- Encourage independence and community involvement
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Follow individual service plans and safety guidelines
- Complete required documentation
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, DSP, Home Health Aide, or similar role preferred
- American Sign Language (ASL) proficiency is highly preferred
- Experience working with individuals who are Deaf or hard of hearing is a plus
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to complete required background checks and training
- Dependable, professional, and compassionate
Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
